Using our secure online service at resepilates.com is easy and quick.
Your order will be sent out within 3 business days of receiving it but most orders
will ship within the next business day. After you order you will receive
an order confirmation via email. NEXT DAY AIR orders must be received by 12pm PDT to be shipped same day. We ship Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

Credit Card Security
Rese uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer encryption technology
for the checkout process to ensure a safe and secure online shopping experience. This technology makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure checkout server. Your credit information is never used except to pay for the order you are placing and to issue a refund if necessary.

We ship by USPS or UPS and all packages must be signed for ( for your protection) unless you request no signature required.

Rese collects sales tax on orders shipped to California. We do not collect sales tax to all other states.
Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with
ALL tags attached. Our exchange policy is 5 business days from receipt of goods. Please note
that we don't refund shipping and handling charges. Please email email@example.com for
an exchange authorization code. Include style #, size, color and order number.
Any goods not received in the above condition may not be accepted or will be subjected to a 20% refurbishing fee. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving returned items.
Free Returns are applicable to full price items only when the order total is over $150.00.
All returns require an authorization.
Unauthorized returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee or returned to customer.
